I understand that life happens and sometimes things come up. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, will incur the full session fee.

Rebates

Medicare rebates are not available for counselling sessions with In Other Words Counselling. With this in mind, I aim to keep my fees accessible and affordable.

I understand that financial circumstances are different for everyone. A limited number of reduced-fee appointments may be available for those experiencing financial difficulty. Please feel welcome to get in touch to enquire about availability.
